잉글리시에그 서대문 센터장입니다. 저는 오랜 기간 현장에서 영아와 유아를 직접 지도해 온 경험을 바탕으로, 아이들의 발달 특성과 정서적 필요를 깊이 이해하며 교육을 실천해 왔습니다. 아이의 첫 배움이 시작되는 소중한 시기에 영어를 ‘공부’가 아닌 ‘놀이’로 자연스럽게 받아들일 수 있도록 돕는 것이 잉글리시에그의 교육 철학입니다. 영유아 시기는 정서적 안정과 긍정적인 경험이 무엇보다 중요한 만큼, 아이 한 명 한 명의 성장 속도와 개성을 존중하며 따뜻하고 체계적인 프로그램을 운영하고 있습니다. 현장에서 쌓아온 풍부한 지도 경험을 바탕으로, 아이들이 즐겁게 참여하고 영어에 대한 자신감과 호기심을 키울 수 있도록 세심하게 지도하고 있습니다. 아이들이 웃음 속에서 배움의 기쁨을 느끼고 건강하게 성장할 수 있도록 늘 가까이에서 함께하겠습니다. 또한 부모님과 소통하며 아이의 성장을 함께 고민하는 믿음직한 센터장이 되겠습니다. 감사합니다. Hello, I am the Director of the English Egg Seodaemun Center. With many years of hands-on experience working directly with infants and young children, I have practiced education with a deep understanding of each child’s developmental characteristics and emotional needs. During this precious stage when a child’s first learning begins, my educational philosophy is to help children experience English naturally as play rather than as study. Early childhood is a critical period when emotional stability and positive experiences matter most. With this in mind, our center operates warm and well-structured programs that respect each child’s individual pace of growth and unique personality. Drawing on my extensive field experience, I guide children with care so they can participate joyfully and build confidence and curiosity toward English. I will always stay close to our children, supporting them as they grow healthily and discover the joy of learning through smiles and laughter. I also strive to be a trustworthy director who communicates closely with parents and thoughtfully partners with them in supporting their child’s growth. Thank you.
